Saint-Victor-des-Oules
The Solex bikes murmur softly.
The Pat’roule sets off towards a gentler, more open side of the Uzège.
We head towards Vallabrix along quiet roads across the plain.
The landscape softens, the horizon widens.
Apricot and cherry orchards stretch as far as the eye can see.
In spring: white and pink blossoms, like an Impressionist painting.
In summer: sweet scents and golden light.

Vallabrix
A peaceful village, gently set in the plain.
A simple stop that sets the easy rhythm of the ride.

STEP 2 · KM 11
La Capelle-et-Masmolène
Blond stone, quiet lanes and southern silence.
We leave the Solex bikes behind for a short walk.
At the very top of Masmolène, the Saint-Pierre Chapel watches over the village.
A short climb… and the reward: a 180° panoramic view over the Uzège.
The kind of view that naturally brings the conversation to a slower pace.

STEP 3 · KM 15
La Capelle pond
Water appears between the reeds.
Calm reflections, discreet birds, soft light.
A miniature Camargue atmosphere in the heart of the countryside.
Where to stop?
Wooden picnic tables wait under the tall trees on the south bank.
The little extra
Absolute silence.We turn off the engine and listen to the water and the cicadas.

Easy parking on a flat dirt area just in front.
