La Pat’roule de France
We grew up with postcards from the South, summers that smell of lavender and warm stone.
In Grandpa Maurice's barn, a Solex moped lay dormant under a tarp, smelling of grease and hay—our Proustian madeleine. The day we woke it up, we decided we had to share the joy of riding… in a modern version: same lines, same elegance, but electric. No smoke, no noise, just the whisper of the tires on the white road.
This is how La Pat'roule de France was born: the desire to (re)discover the Uzège in a different way — at a gentle pace, respecting its landscapes, leaving room for encounters.

Our Rides
Each ride lasts around 3 hours — the perfect amount of time to take the back roads, pass through stone villages and enjoy the landscapes of the Uzège
The rhythm is intentionally gentle.
The pace is deliberately gentle.
We ride, we stop, we look around… and we take it all in.
Three possible options depending on your preferences
🌞 Morning — 9:30am → 12:30pm
Quiet roads, soft light and the Uzège slowly waking up.
🌿 Afternoon — 2pm → 5pm
The perfect time to explore vineyards, garrigue and stone villages
🌅 Evening stroll (summer) — 6:30 p.m. → 9:30 p.m.

📍 Starting points
Most of our rides start from Saint-Victor-des-Oules, at one of our partner locations.
Depending on the route, another starting point in the Uzège can be arranged,
with a small additional fee for transporting the Solex bikes.
All you have to do is put on your helmet… and enjoy the ride.

How far can the electric solex bikes go ?
Each Solex offers a range of approximately 30 km, ideal for our 3-hour rides.
For day bookings, it is possible to double this autonomy with a second battery, upon request.
Rental is possible for half a day or a full day depending on your schedule.
Can we book for a group?
A hen/stag party or a wedding?
Absolutely! La Pat'roule has 12 electric Solex mopeds, ideal for livening up your events between Uzès and the Pont du Gard.
Self-guided walk or with a guide, depending on your needs.
We study your requests and adapt to your requirements.
Do you need a driving license to ride an electric solex ?
For our electric Solex mopeds on outings:

To ride our Solex mopeds legally, you'll have the complete retro look with helmet + gloves (mandatory)!

How do I book, and what are the cancellation conditions ?
After your request (by email or phone), a booking contract is sent to you, followed by a payment link to finalize.
If you cancel more than one week before the date, you will receive a full refund.
