La Pat'roule de France was born from a childhood memory: an old Solex sleeping under a cover in Grandfather Maurice's barn, scented with hay, grease and freedom.

In Grandfather Maurice's barn, a Solex moped lay dormant under a tarpaulin.
We looked at it as one would look at a somewhat mysterious treasure.
Postcards from the South, summers smelling of lavender, warm stone, and naps in the shade of plane trees. This old Solex embodied all of that.
Reviving a vintage Solex: the obvious choice of sharing
The day we woke him up, something became clear: this simple joy of riding couldn't remain just a memory. It had to be shared.
But to do it our way.
Same iconic lines. Same timeless elegance. And a contemporary soul.
Our Solex mopeds are electric. No smoke. No noise. Just the whisper of the tires on the white road and the light wind on your face.

This is how La Pat'roule de France was born: the desire to (re)discover the Uzège region in a different way. At a gentle pace. Respecting the landscapes. Leaving room for encounters.
We walk through sun-drenched vineyards, alongside dry stone walls, catching glimpses of the Pont du Gard in the distance, like a promise. We stop at a winemaker's for a hearty sip, at a producer's for a piece of still-warm goat cheese.
Here, you don't "consume" a walk. You savor it.

The Solex is retro, the spirit is modern: zero emissions, discreet, respectful of the places and those who live there.
